- I took a course in Death & Dying from the New York Open Center called: Integrative Thanatology Certificate Training: A Death Education Program
- For green burial the ideal burial depth for optimal decomposition conditions is 3.5–4 feet not 6"
- Home FUNERALS not home burials are legal in all 50 states under the supervisor of a licensed funeral director in most states. Check your local state for more specific information.
- Aquamation is also known as alkaline hydrolysis
- My go to NYC brunch place I mentioned is Follia NYC and it's located in Gramercy Park not the Lower East Side, duh! I absolutely love their Baked Truffled Eggs, delish!
